ABOUT THIS ROLE 

Are you customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service?

Our client, a large, well established manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Admin Cashier to join their team at the Bloemfontein Centre.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s product range while handling the full spectrum of administrative and cashiering functions. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager and a small, supportive team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

🔹 Promote and sell the company’s product range to customers in a professional manner.
🔹 Perform cashiering duties, including processing transactions and handling cash accurately.
🔹 Capture orders, process invoices, and maintain sales documentation.
🔹 Provide efficient administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
🔹 Ensure all customer queries are handled promptly and courteously.
🔹 Work closely with the Centre Manager and team to achieve sales and service targets.
🔹 Maintain accurate records, checklists, and reports as required.
🔹 Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.


WHAT YOU WILL NEED

✅ Matric (Grade 12) – essential
✅ Previous experience in cashiering, order capturing, and general administration
✅ Strong sales and customer service background
✅ Computer literacy (MS Office and point-of-sale systems)
✅ Excellent communication skills and a confident, customer-focused personality
✅ Ability to work harmoniously in a small, close-knit team
✅ Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks
