A leading packaging supplier to the Personal Care and Cosmetics industry – servicing major brands – is looking for a proactive and reliable Internal Sales Assistant to join their internal sales team.
In this fast-paced and system-driven role, youβll be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, coordinating with planning, stores, and production, and ensuring customers receive professional communication and seamless service.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
πΉ Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately
πΉ Liaise with the planner on delivery dates and send confirmations through Syspro
πΉ Maintain, update, and adjust customer orders as required
πΉ Communicate with Stores to coordinate required deliveries and update order reports
πΉ Process dispatch notes and invoices for completed deliveries
πΉ Provide customers with backorder reports and updates
πΉ Process customer return requests (rejects, credits, pallets, boxes)
πΉ Prepare and update customer price lists timeously
πΉ Assist with new product development – artwork coordination and colour matching
πΉ Manage label procurement and supplier delivery follow-ups
πΉ Maintain electronic filing and support a fully paperless system
πΉ Participate in stock takes and assist with preparation
πΉ Use Syspro ERP and Rapid Global systems for processing and compliance
πΉ Perform general administrative duties as required
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Diploma in Administration, Business Management, Systems Administration, or similar
β
Experience in an administrative or internal sales role requiring strong accuracy
β
Strong customer liaison skills and a professional communication style
β
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with pricing, orders, and documentation
β
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
β
Syspro experience is an advantage
β
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
β
Team player who can coordinate well across departments
β
Neat, professional, and able to follow systems and procedures consistently
β
Own reliable transport (Dube TradePort location)
