ABOUT THIS ROLE

Are you a proactive administrator who enjoys coordinating, capturing, and ensuring processes run smoothly?

A respected player within the import and distribution industry is looking to appoint an Outbound Controller / Admin Clerk to support their outbound logistics and dispatch processes.

This is a junior, admin-focused role involving high levels of capturing, documentation control, and coordination. The inbound and outbound roles are closely aligned, offering flexibility depending on candidate strengths.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

πŸ”Ή Manage outbound documentation and dispatch administration
πŸ”Ή Capture and update order and stock information
πŸ”Ή Coordinate dispatch schedules and transporter communication
πŸ”Ή Maintain accurate tracking and reporting records
πŸ”Ή Check invoices and support costing processes
πŸ”Ή Assist with planning and operational coordination
πŸ”Ή Provide general administrative support to operations


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

βœ… Matric (minimum requirement)
βœ… 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative / coordination role
βœ… Strong organisational and data capturing skills
βœ… High level of accuracy and attention to detail
βœ… Logistics or shipping exposure advantageous but not essential
βœ… Reliable, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
βœ… Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
