A respected player within the import and distribution industry is looking to appoint an Outbound Controller / Admin Clerk to support their outbound logistics and dispatch processes.
This is a junior, admin-focused role involving high levels of capturing, documentation control, and coordination. The inbound and outbound roles are closely aligned, offering flexibility depending on candidate strengths.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
πΉ Manage outbound documentation and dispatch administration
πΉ Capture and update order and stock information
πΉ Coordinate dispatch schedules and transporter communication
πΉ Maintain accurate tracking and reporting records
πΉ Check invoices and support costing processes
πΉ Assist with planning and operational coordination
πΉ Provide general administrative support to operations
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Matric (minimum requirement)

3β5 yearsβ experience in an administrative / coordination role
β
Strong organisational and data capturing skills
β
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
β
Logistics or shipping exposure advantageous but not essential
β
Reliable, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
β
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
