A rapidly growing supply chain business is looking for a Customer Business Intelligence & Administration Manager to help centralise its customer operations, drive efficiencies, and support strategic decision-making at the highest level.
In this full-time role, you’ll work closely with leadership across sales, finance, procurement, and tech – bringing structure, speed, and sharp insights to how the business manages customer data, reporting, and administration.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
🔹 Take over and standardise existing customer and sales reporting processes
🔹 Streamline weekly dashboards and insights for Exco (revenue, GP, and new business priorities)
🔹 Implement and lead a “War on Wasted Time” project focused on sales process optimisation
🔹 Play a key role in the CRM/ERP transformation project (ODOO)—representing the customer and sales function
🔹 Help prioritise new projects based on data, feasibility, and strategic alignment
🔹 Build and lead a centralised national customer administration team
🔹 Drive consistency, accuracy, and quality across all customer data and reports
🔹 Collaborate with the Business Growth Executive and Regional Executives to align reporting with strategy
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
✅ 8+ years’ experience in business intelligence, operations, or sales reporting
✅ Relevant diploma or degree with a strong focus on data, systems, or operations
✅ Hands-on experience managing high-quality data and reporting systems
✅ Strong background in process mapping, efficiency improvements, and administration
✅ Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills – comfortable building dashboards and reports
✅ Experience with ERP/CRM systems (ODOO experience a plus)
✅ Previous exposure to supply chain, manufacturing, or automotive sectors is advantageous
✅ Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-change environments
✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills – able to influence across teams
