WHAT YOU WILL DO
🔹 Perform accurate diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
🔹 Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify technical issues
🔹 Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure smooth operations
🔹 Maintain detailed records of all work completed and parts used
🔹 Adhere to manufacturer standards and safety protocols at all times
🔹 Keep up to date with the latest automotive technologies and diagnostic tools
🔹 Ensure workshop cleanliness and tool maintenance
🔹 Communicate clearly with the service advisors and management team
🔹 Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds customer expectations
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
✅ Qualified Automotive Technician (Trade-tested)
✅ Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in a dealership or independent workshop
✅ Fluent in English – strong reading and writing skills essential
✅ Valid Driver’s Licence
✅ Computer literate – familiarity with diagnostic software and service systems
✅ Excellent technical knowledge across various vehicle systems
✅ Energetic, dynamic, and highly self-motivated
✅ Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
✅ Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality
✅ Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
